Consider incorporating the below into your daily routine to de-stress and rejuvenate your mind and body:

✔️Stretch your hands to elongate your spine and release any tension in your back and shoulders. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

✔️Complete simple exercises daily to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and increase your stamina. 🏋️‍♂️

✔️ Consider taking a yoga class! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️Be sure to ask your instructor about any stretches that can be done between clients or at home.

✔️Remember that taking adequate breaks throughout the day is key. Take the time out to rest and eat properly each day.
